1. Who is responsible

Jose Alberto Garcia Rodriguez, a sole trader established at Malešická 2855/2b, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic, IČO 24490091, entered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register kept by the Municipal District Office of Prague 3 and trading as RTC Waves, is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. 2. What we collect

This site does not require registration and does not run advertising or profiling trackers. If you email us, we process the data you include in that message solely to reply to it.

If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address, company (if you provide one), the subject you select and the content of your message. The form also records the IP address and browser identification of the submission, which we use only to prevent automated abuse of the form.

Like any website, our web server automatically records technical access logs — IP address, date and time, requested URL and browser identification — for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify visitors.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR: (a) to answer enquiries you send us by email or through the contact form — your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us; where your enquiry leads towards a contract, the steps necessary to enter into it (Article 6(1)(a), (f) and (b)); (b) to keep this website secure and available and to prevent automated abuse of the contact form, including the technical logs and IP address described above — our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our infrastructure (Article 6(1)(f)); and (c) to retain records where commercial or tax law requires it — compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell personal data.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Messages sent through the contact form are stored in our own support system, which we operate on our own infrastructure within the European Union; they are not sent to any third-party helpdesk or CRM. We also use our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf within the European Union, and Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA), which receives your IP address when your browser downloads the font files used by this site. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of protection (Article 45 GDPR). We do not otherwise transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries — whether by email or through the form — are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable commercial and tax law. A message sent through the form becomes a support ticket and follows the retention of our support system. Server logs and the anti-abuse records of the form are rotated and deleted after a short period, unless they must be kept longer to investigate a security incident.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@rtcwaves.net or legal@rtcwaves.net.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, https://uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.

7. Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

8. Product portals

Accounts, orders and billing data created inside the VoIP shop or the gaming portal are covered by the privacy policy published in each of those portals.
